Production time depends on how you choose to prepare your recipes. However, we offer RUSH Service if you need your order fast (see below). Books are carefully boxed to ensure they arrive in great condition.
Business days are calculated from the day after we receive your complete order to the day we ship your finished cookbooks. Allow for shipping time after the books leave our plant. We are not in production on weekends, holidays, or during our two-week plant shutdown in late December.
To begin production, your order must be complete. If material arrives after the order is received, production time will be adjusted accordingly.
To expedite the process, we suggest shipping your order and material to us via NEXT-DAY AIR.
Once you receive your cookbook proof, we need to have it back in our office by the specified date in order to stay on schedule.
If you meet all requirements and we fail to ship your cookbooks in 20 or 25 business days (4 to 5 weeks, respectively), you will not be billed for RUSH service.

Morris Press Cookbooks helps defray shipping charges by giving you an additional 3% FREE books on every order. By selling these books, you’ll generate extra money to help cover freight expenses. All orders are shipped prepaid with shipping charges added to the invoice.
Most orders are shipped via UPS ground. Larger orders ship via truck line.
Allow 2–5 business days from the ship date for delivery on orders within the continental USA.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, and USA territories will be shipped the most economical way. Allow 2–3 weeks.
Faster delivery (air shipment) may be requested for an extra charge. You will be billed for the total freight charges.
Orders require a street address; we cannot ship to a post office box. Carriers give priority service to a business address; if it’s convenient, have your order shipped to your workplace.
For large orders requiring truck lines, an additional fee may be charged for unloading of pallets, especially if a dock is not available. This fee will be added to your invoice.
Inspecting Your Order
Upon arrival, check the packing slip (will be on the outside of one of the boxes) to ensure you have received all boxes. Inspect and count boxes before signing.
Visible damage must be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt. Contact us within 7 days to report damage. Any damage is the carrier's responsibility, but we will help file the claim if necessary. You MUST SAVE both the damaged books and the carton(s) in which they were delivered for possible inspection by the carrier.
Concealed damage must be reported to the carrier within 7 days of delivery.
Defects in books not due to shipping damage must be reported to us within 90 days. We reserve the right to repair, replace, or credit defective books.
