Custom Dividers
Give your cookbook a personal touch with custom dividers. We offer 4 ways to use your original artwork or photos to capture the spirit of your organization, region, or special theme. You will receive a FREE proof to review and approve. Custom dividers may have 3 types of charges:
Style: Both custom non-tabbed and tabbed dividers incur an extra charge. Choose from standard or heavy-weight colored paper.
Ink: Black ink is FREE. Any other in-house
ink, multi- or full-color printing, or using a Designer Series Template is an extra charge.
Printing Backs: Backs of dividers may include Helpful Hints for FREE. Printing custom material is an extra charge.

1 Designer Series Templates Extra Charge
- Choose from 4 beautiful Designer Series Divider Templates for an easy way to customize your cookbook for an extra charge. Provide photos and any captions (limit to approx. 2 sentences).
- Each set can accommodate horizontal or vertical photos.
- Typestyles and category titles can be changed.
- Follow our Photo & Artwork Guidelines (PDF) for best printing results.
- Provide a signed Release Form if required.
- Note: All designs are protected by copyright law.

2 One-Color Designs Extra Charge
- If you want custom dividers, a one-color divider set is a simple and affordable option. Divider sets #D500 and #D513a are a great way to add your own photos and captions.
- Typestyles and category titles can be changed.
- Choose one in-house ink on your choice of colored paper.
- Follow our Photo & Artwork Guidelines (PDF) for best printing results if using #D500.
- Provide a signed Release Form if required.
- Note: All designs are protected by copyright law.

3 FREE Art Service
- Submit a rough sketch or detailed description of each divider to indicate wording, typestyles, ink colors, and placement of photos or artwork.
- Follow our Photo & Artwork Guidelines (PDF) for best printing results.
- Provide a signed Release Form (PDF) if required.
- Complex multi-color designs may be subject to a charge. We will notify you if charges apply.

- When using custom artwork, photos, logos, or copyrighted or trademarked material, you must provide a signed Release Form (PDF) authorizing use.

4 Press-Ready Extra Charge
- Customers familiar with professional design software may furnish press-ready digital files. Otherwise, we highly recommend using our FREE art service.
- A digital file that does not require additional typesetting or alterations, is the correct size, and is ready to print is considered press-ready.
- Follow our Press-Ready Divider Guidelines (PDF) for instructions and templates.
- Provide a signed Release Form if required.
